Do I need to come with a friend?
Nope! Many women come solo and leave with a whole new sisterhood. Instant besties, just add retreat magic.
How do I get to the retreat?
You'll fly into Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) in St. Lucia. We’ll handle the rest! Your airport transfer is included, so once you land, you’ll be scooped up and brought straight to paradise.
What’s the food like? Will there be options for my dietary needs?
Think delicious, nourishing, and made with love. Our private chef will be whipping up fresh, locally sourced meals daily. We happily accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs—just let us know in advance!
What’s the refund/cancellation policy?
Because we pay our local vendors ahead of time, deposits are non-refundable. If something comes up, let us know ASAP—we’ll do our best to work with you or transfer your spot to another retreat. Life happens, we get it.
Will I have free time?
YES! This is not a jam-packed itinerary where you’re running from one thing to the next. We have beautifully curated workshops & experiences, but also plenty of free time to relax, hit the spa, journal, or just be.
